Farffalle Carbonara - olive oil, panchetta, parmegiano cheese with a light egg infusion.

Pesce
Snapper pan seared with shallots, caperberries, lemon zest in a gin sauce.

Carne
Pork chop pan roasted with herbs in white wine sauce.
