Antipasti
Prociutto, figs and burrata served with balsamic fig glaze.


Paste
Farffalle sauteed with crab meat zucchini in a spicy tomato sauce.


Pesce
Orata Livornese -Bass family / Mediterranean fish, served with capers, olives, onions, fresh herbs and white wine sauce.


Carne
Costoletta di maiale al rosto- Roasted pork chop with porto bello. sweet peppers, and a touch of balsamic vinegar.
